Message to Adolph Nemec (Prague Chapter)

Hello from Bonner Springs, Kansas! Cousins Tom and Terry Stuchlik from Missouri and Illinois came through on Friday (7-25-08) for quick visit to Pargue and Kolac Korner. They brought back a couple of those delicious kolaches from the cafe. Plan to visit Prague and the surrounding area sometime in August or September. Stay in good health and God Bless!

Couldn't help but notice the last name--The same as my grandfather's. I am 80 years young and still love polka music. Kind of sad that all the old time bands are gone. Whoopee John was my favorite. Attended many of his dances. Have purchased tapes from his grandson. Although I'm not Czech (a Pole as you can see!) I have come to love the CR and the Czech people. I was fortunate to spend 10 days in Prague last Spring on vacation and had a most wonderful time! I found everyone I met to be very kind and hospitable and very courteous - even though I only spoke a little Czech! I plan to return as soon as possible. Your website is fantastic and I thoroughly enjoy all the holiday traditions. Many of my friends are fast becoming Czech-o-philes because of me!
